Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Kiabi customer account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate your unique return label.

  Pack the Items

  Place the unworn garments with their original labels attached back into the original packaging or a secure mailing bag to ensure they arrive safely.

• 3.
  Drop Off or In-Store Visit

  Drop off your package at a designated collection point using the prepaid label or visit any Kiabi store to return your items for free.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
